Every custom embroidery project starts with digitizing. It’s the file that tells our machines exactly how to stitch out your design. This is the essential first step to custom embroidery.
Before any stitching begins, we convert your artwork into a digitized file our machines can read. Every file is digitized by hand. No AI, no auto-digitizing software, just a real person building your stitch file by hand.
We stay in touch with you throughout the process so that your design turns out exactly as you pictured. Once your file is digitized, we send you a screenshot of your exact file for approval or to request changes before anything gets stitched.
Before your order is made:
- You’ll see exactly what your patch or direct embroidery looks like before it’s made
- You’ll have the opportunity to make any changes
- Approved designs make future reorders quick and easy
